SimpleCalc is designed to work without an account. Calculator inputs are processed locally in your browser and are not sent to us or stored in a database.
Calculator data
Values you enter—such as home price, income, debt, interest rates, or rent—remain on your device. We do not receive, save, sell, or share those values.
Cookies and tracking
SimpleCalc currently does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or analytics technologies. Because no non-essential cookies are set, the site does not display a cookie consent banner. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate consent controls before activating non-essential tracking.
Hosting and technical logs
Our hosting provider may automatically process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, request time, browser type, requested URL, and security events. These infrastructure logs are controlled under the provider’s own retention and security practices.
